Return policy

We stand by our products and services. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from The Shepard’s Voice, just return the item in new condition within 30 days after delivery. The item must be post marked 30 days before the 30-day return policy ends or the item will not be refunded. If, we can’t fix the problem, your money back guaranteed. All items must be returned in mint condition. We will not accept any worn, torn, dirty or blemished items of any kind. Items must be sent in its original packaging and include all supplied materials and instructions. Also, please be advised that we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. If you suspect that your item is lost or stolen please check with your local postal service, or you surrounding living area before contacting us. It you are unable to resolve the issue we will do our best to help. Thank you!
